When you arrive for your first appointment, a member of our team will greet you and take your completed new patient forms. After reviewing your health history and paperwork, you will be seen by Dr. Franzen, who will spend as much time as required to gain an understanding of your needs, concerns, goals, and expectations.
After this initial interview, Dr. Franzen will examine your mouth, teeth, and soft tissues. He may take digital X-rays, photographs, or a digital Panorex image. Wax-up models may also be created to show you the outcome of specific treatments. After gathering all of your information, Dr. Franzen will get to work designing a comprehensive treatment plan with your needs, concerns, goals, and expectations always in mind.
At a follow-up visit, Dr. Franzen will present his findings and recommendations for treatment. He may show detailed photographs of other cases that are similar to yours. You will also have the opportunity to speak to some of our former patients who may be able to help you in making an informed decision. There is no additional charge for this second visit!
Should you accept treatment, we will refund the cost of the initial consultation and exam. Once again, thank you for choosing our dental office, and we look forward to restoring your oral health and your smile.
